https://www.facebook.com/49010690136422 ... 568582346/- Following todays crash of Martinaire flight 685, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, N1116N, that reportedly collided with a paraglider in Fulshear, Texas.
The sole pilot onboard and the paraglider were fatally injured. Both aircraft were destroyed.
The airplane departed from Houston-George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH/KIAH) and was headed to Victoria Regional Airport (VCT/KVCT). ADS-B data showed that the airplane reached an altitude of 4800 feet at 09:22 and remained at that altitude until it entered a sudden sharp descent at 09:25. The deceased paraglider was located 5km south of the Cessna's crash location.
