After an intensive and demanding development process the flight tests for the two middle-sized OMEGA 8s were completed this week. Our designer Thomas Ripplinger’s development and test team are now fully concentrated on finishing the smallest and largest sizes.
Production in our own factory in Vietnam will start in the next few days - first deliveries to follow in mid-June 2010. We will give you prices and further details as soon as possible. Immediately this information has been established we will also be in a position to take orders.
The OMEGA 8 will be available in 23, 25, 27 and 29 m2 sizes. This OMEGA will introduce new, fresh-looking and exclusive colour schemes. The wing will be available in three colour combinations - palm, orange and white.
The 8th in the ADVANCE OMEGA flagship generation sets a new standard for performance and handling: with an aspect ratio of 6.8 and a useable top speed of 59 km/h the OMEGA 8 is the best performer of its class. An EN/LTF D classification is expected for all sizes. This model is intended for experienced and frequent-flying cross-country pilots. You can find more information on
